Annual Maintenance Pest Control Treatments Contract

This is a contracted service for pest control and treatment for a year, as an Annual Maintenance Service Contract, in a specified premise.

• This yearly contract provides four services of pest control to the contracted client, in a specified premise. There will be one pest control service in every three months.
• This service will carry a warranty period of twelve months from the date of contract being effective.
• This service covers the services of House Fly control, Cockroach control, Wasp control, Spider control and Red ant control, within the contracted premise.
• Additional pest control contract will be needed if the client is interested in getting other pest control service done in her/his premises.

Daily Service Facility in Specialised Areas

Just Pest: Management Services provides daily pest control service in specialized areas where pest control needs to be done at a top priority level to maintain the superiority of the services. These areas are-

• Hospitals and Nursing Homes.
• Hotels and Restaurants.
• Office premises.
• Pharmaceutical Companies and Chemist Shops.
• Warehouse.
• C&F agents and Dealers for FMCG goods etc.

Facilities

The Pest Control Service included under annual maintenance contract will cover:

• Pest Control of Cockroach control, House Fly, Rodent control, Wasp control Black and red ants control within the contracted premises.
• For any other pest control facility, such as Rats, Bed bugs, Termites, Mosquitoes, Honey bees Sakes etc, additional contract is needed.
• Pest Control Service offers daily service facility also to Hotels, Restaurants, Offices, Hospitals, Pharmaceutical, Warehouse, Godowns, C&F and FMCG dealers.
